An Essex based construction company are currently seeking a Site Manager, after securing a project in the heart of London.
The Site Manager will be responsible for the construction of 14 flats, over a nine-storey RC frame structure. The Site Manager will be involved with the project from the outset through to completion, ensuring all works are carried out the required standards, and meeting the stringent Health and Safety requirements.
To be considered for this role, it is essential the Site Manager has a steady career path, and has been involved with companies and/or contractors involved in the residential sector. It is also important a solid knowledge of RC frame structures is held, along with having a recognised Health and Safety qualification. First Aid is essential; CSCS/SMSTS would be beneficial.
