About the role:
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial control on a development of nearly a thousand new build properties on a site near Gatwick. You will be working as part of a team undertaking all aspects of Quantity Surveying reporting to the commercial manager.
About the candidate:
7 years experience minimum.
Experience in housing sector.
Strong commercial background.
Structured career history.
