About the Role:
They require a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take a lead and run a portfolio of projects, reporting into the commercial director. You will get involved from the beginning stages, taking full commercial control to final account closure as well as project procurement.
About the Candidate:
Must have basement construction experience (ideally in London).
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive profit and efficiency.
Strong work ethic.
HND / BSc level qualification.
Structured career history showing progression and achievements throughout.
