Our client, one of the most rapidly expanding developers in the South East is seeking an Interiors Design Co-ordinator to join their dynamic and accomplished team.
Candidates will report to a Senior Technical Manager and will be site based primarily on high-rise, rc-framed schemes in West London.
The role will require suitable candidates to check, amend and approve consultants' interiors drawings; chase and co-ordinate sub-contractors drawings; assist with daily technical queries and provide technical solutions to problems that arise on site; manage RFI's and provide general support to the Senior Technical Manager.
Candidates should be HND, HNC or degree qualified in an appropriate design related subject, with a bias towards interiors.
Ideally candidates who have worked previously for an interiors department or interiors practice on high-spec residential schemes will be preferred, although good technicians with a similar expertise in interiors detailing will also be considered.
Salaries will be reflective of experience
