Our client is a new region of one of the most prestigious residential developers in the UK, they were established over thirty years ago and in recent years have broadened their portfolio from traditional detached houses to urban regeneration schemes with a strong focus on build quality.
Due to the growth of this new region they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to manage a phase under a Senior Site Manager on a 5 year scheme consisting of 500 units based in Kent. Suitable candidates must be dedicated, motivated and determined with either an academic qualification, minimum of an HNC (or equivilant) or trade backgorund. You will have experience of traditional build, a good technical understanding of construction with proven track record.
You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed within the build programme along with managing all aspects of the construction process, including the quality, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to and providing excellent customer service.
