Position: Finishing Foreman/Assistant Site Manager
Location: South London
Salary: £14-16 phr x 5 month contract
Company Overview: Our Client are an employee focused, respected Residential Developer undertaking high profile and good quality new build schemes from 10 units up to 500 units in size in the Southeast.
Project: 12 luxury high specification houses in South London which are currently at 1st fix stage.
Role: We require a Finishing Foreman / Assistant Site Manager from a trade background to see the scheme through to completion, reporting to a Site Manager. This is a contract until Christmas.
You will be responsible for supervising al finishing trades/packages, ensuring health and safety is being adhered to and generally be the Site Managers right hand man.
Individual: You will ideally be from a trades background and have supervisory experience. You will have experience in producing snag lists and have a general all round knowledge of trades and health and safety standards.
