Position: After Care Manager – Large Social Housing Contractor – Essex based with London sites
Salary: c£55K + Package
Company Overview: Our client is a privately owned public sector contractor with a development arm. They show commitment to their clients and the communities in which they work, making them a partner of choice for clients and customers within the social housing and spec housing sectors.
Our client has completed over 100 partnering and collaborative working arrangements, both strategic and project specific to a value of £500 million plus and currently have over 50 partnered projects either on site or at contract development stage.
Their development arm design and construct a wide range of residential properties, embracing both new build and sensitive conversion across the entire residential spectrum, from starter apartments or houses to large, luxury detached properties.
Role: They currently require an After Care / Customer Services Manager who will manage a portfolio of approx 20 schemes within the M25, 5 admin staff, a works manager and 16 operatives.
The role will involve dealing with defects and retentions and will involve lots of client liaison and management of subcontractors. Key attributes for the After Care / Customer Services Manager are a good eye for detail and plenty of self motivation, with the ability to effectively time manage. Similar experience with a UK based main contractor or developer is essential.
