We are an innovative housing charity that provides support services to help people change their lives and build better futures.
SCDT provides supported housing for homeless people, young people leaving care, ex-offenders, people with learning disabilities or mental health issues, people recovering from drug or alcohol dependency and people who need low level support in semi-independent accommodation. With 12 staff teams we are a major provider of supported housing for over 1,300 clients in Sutton, throughout Surrey and Berkshire.
