Established on the Isle of Man in 1988 by Irish entrepreneur, Dan Tynan, Dandara has earned a reputation for delivering innovative, quality homes and commercial properties throughout the UK and its offshore islands. In 1995, we expanded operations to the Channel Islands with our first scheme at Royal Bay which involved the redevelopment of a prominent hotel site.
It wasn’t long before we’d made our mark in Jersey, creating a niche for affordable homes that didn’t compromise on design, quality craftsmanship or specification. Our reputation was further enhanced by landmark Century Buildings scheme, which included 157 luxury apartments and 52,500sq.ft. office space – home to HSBC’s offshore headquarters.
In over 20 years of business we have developed an enviable reputation for creating high quality residential and commercial developments, as a result our business has gone from strength to strength and we now operate throughout the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, the UK, Middle and Far East, India and South Africa.
